01
What problems matter most?
I research user behaviors, business objectives, and technical limits through interviews, benchmarks, and data analysis. This phase is where the real challenges appear.
02
How might we solve this?
Collaborative workshops generate ideas, which I translate into wireframes and prototypes, testing early to fail fast and learn even faster.
03
Does this actually work?
Rigorous usability and accessibility testing validate designs, with metrics guiding iterations. I treat feedback as gold dust.
04
Rolling up my sleeves
Working closely with developers, I ensure flawless execution while tracking performance for continuous improvement.
